A city of Azer found in Dheub Gherno. The entrance from Bulgoths Verna is a bridge over a river of lava. To gain entrance to the city, one must inscribe their name on a stone tablet at the city's entrance. There are several other entrances to the city aside from the one leading from Bulgoths Verna.

The city is named for the temple to Bulgoth at its center, whose high priest is a man named Zetari. The temperatures reach in excess of 130 degrees (F) at midday, so that normal beings must use magical means to prevent damage from the heat. The walls are made from stone, bronze, and brass in order to keep from melting or burning up.
