The bad guy.
Venn Barr is a dwarf who has been around for over two thousand years. He is believed to almost single-handedly have brought down the Gnomish Empire. He was eventually defeated and captured by the Last Wardens. His soul and body were separated and held in separate locations. However, great evil forces that remained loyal to him were recently able to have his body and soul reunited.
He made his way to the Well of the Worlds, which he intended to use to become an avatar. However, he was stopped with the combined efforts of Auzmator and Methanus, The Shining Lions, and the Voodoo Dolls. He and his lieutenants were scattered throughout the world, but he has not been stopped forever.
