Rathe, in general, is a troubled world. It has a tumultuous past, an uncertain future, and a conflicted present. It is a world where the question of the gods' existence is answered, but the reason for sentient life is not. In a world of so many intelligent and varied races, where does one fit in? Rathe is a campaign where history abounds around the players, but the present times simply seem to pale in comparison to past glories and for those who live here, the question that remains is this: will the inhabitants of Rathe once more rise to former glory, or will they once again succumb to the same grim fate as their predecessors? This is an alternate style campaign where the world ends poorly, called End of Days, but our think tank is working on possible alternatives =D These campaigns might either be run intentionally in a post-apocalyptic world, or might become an End of Days campaign due to "unfortunate" events.

An example of this is style campaign comes from the [Pomigranates] adventuring group, where the an attempt to bring an evil deity into the material plane of Rathe failed, dramattically. The rending of the newly created physical body brought great destruction to this world.
