Philip Mizeri III

It is unknown how Philip Mizeri III was raised to become undead. There are rumors that it was a result of a bet or game played between two deities. This has been dismissed by many as unlikely. However, it is known that unlike Philip Mizeri's other grandchildren, Philip III was not raised using the censer. In fact, he is the one who brought the censer to Philip Mizeri. He was seen traveling briefly with the Enemies of the State, but he was washed away in a river.

He was later found dead in cell 267, on the third level of the Prison-Temple of Markof. A dagger was in his back, and a note was attached. It is believed that he was murdered by one of Venn Barr's lieutenants, named the Sycophant.
