The Archduke Euphagris is a wizard of considerable power who has taken residency upon the Plane of Shadows. Most individuals must travel through a series of antechambers to reach his primary quarters, but then again, living on Nightmare doesn't make him the most readily accessible individual in the first place.
He is one of the last individuals to have seen the Hero-Lords Auzmator and Methanus.
